What triggers inbox items

Common triggers include:
  • Overall score below incident threshold
  • Repeated low scores on a dimension (streak)
  • Evaluation engine flags from judge model
Thresholds are configured server-side (EVAL_INCIDENT_THRESHOLD, EVAL_STREAK_THRESHOLD).

Alerts and webhooks

Histeeria supports real-time notifications (Slack, webhooks) when judgment drops. Configure in Settings as integrations become available in your plan.
Inbox is the in-app source of truth; external alerts mirror critical incidents for on-call teams.
