Upgrade from Settings or the pricing page on the marketing site. Enterprise customers contact sales for custom contracts and SLAs.

Platform administration

Internal Histeeria operators (ops.histeeria.com) can adjust user tiers for support and billing adjustments — this does not affect your self-serve upgrade path.
